mixed feelings about my stay

poor viewlimited parking
the experience began poorly, i must say. initially, i was given a room that did not match the description i was provided when i booked it. i had expected a much nicer view. the staff did attempt to rectify the situation, but the alternative wasnt much better. it was a real letdown. the limited parking also caused considerable stress.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities

spacious roomseparate living areaexcellent facilitiesineffective heating
The room was quite spacious with a separate living area. The balcony offered views (it was beautiful). The facilities were excellent, including the sauna, spa, pool, and gym. I especially liked the partially indoor and outdoor pool.
The room heating did not work effectively, resulting in a cold room during the night, even with extra blankets.
Dining
9/10
Post-dinner drinks at the bar were a highlight, with excellent service and a varied drink selection. The restaurant food was delicious (I especially enjoyed the fries!). I found the service to be attentive and prompt.
Rooms

acceptable locationhigh parking cost
The location was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the on-site parking cost. I stayed for several nights and had to pay extra to keep my car there. (It felt unnecessary, especially since the walk into town is already a bit long.) I wish parking had been complimentary.
